We charge a booking fee as the ticket seller, and it gets cheaper the more tickets you buy: 10% for one ticket, dropping to 8%, 6% and 5% as the order grows. It covers payment processing, ticket issuing and support, and it's always shown before you pay.

You keep the face value of every ticket you sell. We collect payment at checkout via Stripe and pay your takings out to your bank after the event, minus our booking fee.

Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-certified provider. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and card details go straight to Stripe; they never touch our servers.
